Description

The Thermo-Tec 14001 Aluminized Heat Barrier is made of woven silica with a flexible aluminized finish. Its highly-reflective surface can withstand radiant temperatures exceeding 2000°F. Installation can be done using standard rivets with a backup washer or weather strip adhesive. Clamps or straps, such as Thermo-Tec's Snap Strap, can also secure the blanket for manifolds or exhaust systems.
