Description

The SPELAB SPFS01163 is a universal aluminum fuel tank sump kit with an integrated return system, designed to maximize fuel usage and prevent air intake. Constructed from high-grade aluminum alloy with special anti-oxidization and corrosion-resistant treatment, this durable sump is suitable for high-flow lift pumps like Airdog and FASS, and fits engines such as Duramax and Powerstroke. Installation is simplified with a single-bolt design, requiring only a 4-inch flat area on the fuel tank (metal or plastic). The inner ring is designed to fit through a 3-inch hole, eliminating the need to drop the tank. A 3-inch hole saw is included for convenience. The integrated return stand tube ensures that return fuel is not drawn back into the supply port. Additionally, the sediment collection feature helps reduce sediment flow to the fuel filter system. It requires a 4-inch flat area for installation and includes a 3-inch hole saw for easier setup.
