Aluminum Charge Pipe

The COBB Aluminum Charge Pipe is engineered as a direct replacement for the factory plastic charge pipe found in turbocharged FA24-powered Subarus, including the WRX, Ascent, and Outback XT/Wilderness models. Factory plastic charge pipes can limit airflow, particularly as power levels increase, and are susceptible to heat-related degradation. The COBB Charge Pipe addresses these issues with its construction from robust 6061 aluminum tubing, featuring a smooth 2.5” to 2.75” transition via an integrated billet adapter to optimize flow to the intercooler. It maintains clearance for larger aftermarket radiators and sports a wrinkle black powder coat for a subtle performance look. Installation is facilitated by a machined, anodized turbo-side adapter with a ball detent clip for a secure turbo housing fit and a 5-ply silicone coupler at the intercooler end, ensuring a leak-free connection. The charge pipe is compatible with the stock calibration and COBB OTS Maps. While no tuning is strictly required, pairing it with a COBB Stage 2 Power Package and the corresponding OTS map for the 2022+ WRX will maximize its potential.
