The Shark Racing intercooler is an aluminum charge pipe kit designed for the 2019+ Veloster 1.6 Turbo model. All parts are designed and manufactured in Korea. Installation typically takes between 30 to 40 minutes for experienced professionals, or about an hour for novices.

The Shark Racing Performance Intercooler Kit is a comprehensive upgrade for the 2019+ Veloster 1.6 Turbo, designed to enhance engine cooling and efficiency. This kit includes the intercooler, hot piping, cold piping, and all necessary clamps and silicone couplers for a complete installation. All components are manufactured in Korea. Without requiring other modifications, users can expect an increase of over 20 horsepower due to improved cooling and increased efficiency. The installation process is relatively straightforward, estimated to take 30-40 minutes for experienced technicians and around an hour for novices. While welding brackets to the bumper reinforcement is recommended, an alternative mounting method involves drilling holes and bolting the brackets. Optional accessories include the Speedy BOV, CNC-machined from billet aluminum in Korea, available for an additional $230. Customers can also choose to receive the kit without a BOV but with either an HKS-type or TiAL-type flange.
