Aluminum Cylinder Heads

The Lingenfelter LS7CNC cylinder heads are a CNC-ported version of the LS7 aluminum head, specifically designed for the C6 Corvette Z06. These heads are meticulously ported in-house to ensure exact tolerances and optimal performance. Each head undergoes a precision three-angle valve job to maximize flow and extend life. The chambers are CC-checked for accurate compression ratios, and the decks are surfaced for flatness. Professional assembly includes setting spring heights and checking all tolerances. The base package includes porting of customer-supplied cylinder heads and features stock GM LS7 2.205" titanium intake valves and GM LS7 1.615" hollow-stemmed sodium-filled exhaust valves. Lingenfelter recommends upgrading to Ferrea dual springs, titanium retainers, and valve locks if using their GT-19 or GT-21 camshafts. The flow numbers provided are tested with a correctly sized bore adapter and without an exhaust pipe. Intake runner size is 272 CC and exhaust runner size is 90 CC. These heads are compatible with the C6 Z06 Corvette from 2006-2013.
