The Mishimoto Nissan 350Z aluminum fan shroud kit is engineered to enhance engine cooling and elevate vehicle performance. Its primary function is to ensure your engine runs cooler, which is crucial for maintaining its lifespan, particularly in demanding conditions. This fan shroud kit includes an adhesive foam strip that seals the gap between the shroud and the radiator, ensuring the fans only move air that has passed through the radiator core, rather than drawing in hot air from the engine bay. It comes with two Mishimoto slim fans, each capable of over 900 CFM, and includes all necessary mounting hardware for a straightforward installation. The kit offers a direct plug-and-play experience for the 2003-2006 Nissan 350Z, utilizing factory plugs for easy integration. It is compatible with both stock and Mishimoto radiators. Please note that this fan shroud kit is specifically designed for the 2003-2006 Nissan 350Z models and does not fit the Infiniti G35 or 2008+ 350Z models. While the product aims to improve cooling, one customer reported that the kit caused their car to overheat, suggesting a potential issue with performance or compatibility in some applications, advising a return to OEM components.
