The Rennline Track Mat Set, consisting of driver and passenger side mats, offers a purposeful look for your interior while providing essential protection against the rigors of track driving. Constructed from lightweight, anodized aluminum, each mat weighs less than two pounds and is stamped with reinforcing ribs for enhanced strength. Installation options include affixing with Velcro for easy removal or permanent mounting for a more fixed solution. For vehicles with molded one-piece carpets, the Rennline Track Mats can be installed directly over the existing carpet and can even be covered by the factory floor mats when not in use. This offers superior protection for the underlying carpeting, which is prone to rapid wear when conventional floor mats are removed for track use. In vehicles with removable carpet, the Track Mats attach directly to the floor with Velcro, securing the inner rocker and center tunnel carpeting and preventing wear to the sound deadener surface of the factory floor pans.
