The NPBoosted aluminum intake manifold is a high-performance solution engineered for BMW N55 3.0L single-turbo engines, offering increased BHP and improved throttle response over stock components. The assembly is crafted from 3mm thick aluminum using precision TIG-welding, ensuring structural integrity that has been factory-tested to handle 30 psi of boost pressure. The kit includes a 3/4-inch high-flow fuel rail designed for EV14/EV6 (LS3 style) injectors, along with all necessary gaskets and hardware for the rail assembly. Three vacuum ports are integrated into the manifold to support common engine configuration needs. Fitment is specific to a wide range of N55-equipped vehicles, including 2009–2017 F10/F11/F07 535i, 2010-2013 E90/E91/E92/E93 335i, 2010-2013 E82/E88 135i, 2011–2015 F30/F31 335i, 2013–2016 F32/F33/F36 435i, 2013–2016 F22/F23 M235i, 2016–2018 F87 M2, and various X3, X5, X6, and X4 xDrive35i models.
