Aluminum Intake Manifold 496 8.1L Vortec

The Raylar GEN7R intake manifold is an aluminum intake designed for the 496 / 8.1 liter Vortec engine. It features a large, unrestricted plenum and 14-inch tuned runners engineered for maximum airflow and power output. This manifold accepts both 90MM and 102MM throttle bodies.

The GEN7R intake manifold provides better airflow and optimized performance, functioning as a direct replacement for the restrictive stock manifold. It bolts into the same space as the original and accepts all standard fittings, sensors, brackets, injectors, fuel rails, and accessories without modifications. It adds an additional 30% in air volume over the stock manifold for improved breathing and power gains across the entire power band, especially in modified applications.
