This upgraded intercooler is nearly double the size of the OEM unit, featuring a proprietary bar-and-plate core design that has been shown to decrease charge air temperatures by over 40 degrees Fahrenheit in similar applications. By maintaining cooler air temperatures, the intercooler prevents the power loss associated with heat soak during wide-open throttle (WOT) conditions, making it a highly effective power modification for turbocharged vehicles, especially when paired with a custom tune. Constructed from premium aluminum, this intercooler boasts exceptional durability and performance thanks to its TIG-welded, bar-and-plate core. The enlarged core measures 24 x 8 x 3.5 inches and features end tanks stamped with the CVF logo. This intercooler is specifically designed to fit the 2019-2024 Ford Edge ST, 2015-2024 Ford Edge (2.0L/2.7L engines), 2016-2018 Lincoln MKX (2.7L engine), and 2019-2023 Lincoln Nautilus (2.0L/2.7L engines).
