The GPD 2711424 is a direct-fit aluminum intercooler designed to meet OE specifications for late model turbo-charged engines. Constructed from durable aluminum, this intercooler plays a crucial role in the performance of turbo engines by cooling the compressed air before it enters the engine. This process increases air density, allowing for more fuel to be introduced and ultimately leading to improved power and efficiency. This specific intercooler is designed for various Ford Super Duty models equipped with the 6.7L V8 diesel turbocharged engine. Fitment includes, but is not limited to, the 2011-2016 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty trucks. It is built to OE requirements, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with the existing turbocharger system. The part is also 100% leak tested to ensure reliable performance upon installation.
