Aluminum Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit

This kit serves as a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock rubber hot-side and restrictive cold-side piping, utilizing mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for smoother airflow. It facilitates the addition of an HKS blow-off valve. Constructed from lightweight 2.5" hot-side and 2.75" cold-side mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, this kit offers significantly improved thermal capacity and is approximately one-third the weight of stainless steel alternatives. The hot-side pipe includes a CNC-machined BOV flange for HKS BOV compatibility, while the cold-side pipe features a 1/8" NPT bung (plugged) for potential sensor or boost controller integration. The kit is supplied with heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant 4-ply silicone couplers designed to withstand high heat and pressure. Installation is designed to be straightforward, requiring only basic hand tools and approximately 45 minutes for completion, with no additional modifications needed.
