The CV Fab CVF Aluminum Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit with TiAL Flange is a direct bolt-on replacement for your 2015-2022 Ford Mustang EcoBoost. It features 2.5" hot-side piping and 2.75" cold-side piping constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum for improved thermal capacity and reduced weight compared to stainless steel. This kit includes heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and 4-ply couplers, and is designed to work with aftermarket or stock intercoolers.

It facilitates the addition of a TiAL or TurboSmart Race Port blow-off valve via a CNC-machined flange on the hot-side pipe. The cold-side pipe includes a plugged 1/8th in. NPT bung.

This kit directly replaces the stock hot-side and cold-side piping with mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, offering superior thermal capacity and being approximately one-third the weight of comparable stainless steel components. The aluminum construction promotes smoother airflow, contributing to improved turbo performance. This kit integrates seamlessly with both aftermarket and factory intercoolers. The hot-side pipe features a CNC-machined flange specifically designed to accommodate TiAL and TurboSmart Race Port blow-off valves (part number TS-0204-1142). The cold-side pipe includes a 1/8th in. NPT bung, which comes plugged from the factory. The package is equipped with robust t-bolt clamps and high-tolerance, 4-ply silicone couplers designed to withstand elevated heat and pressure. Installation is designed to be straightforward, requiring only basic hand tools and typically taking around 45 minutes. The kit is a direct bolt-on, meaning no additional modifications are necessary for fitment. This product is specifically designed to fit both automatic and manual transmission 2015-2022 Ford Mustang EcoBoost models equipped with TiAL blow-off valves or TurboSmart Race Ports with the TS-0204-1142 part number.
