The kit features 8-piston, lightweight aluminum calipers constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, offering unparalleled strength, corrosion resistance, and better heat dissipation thanks to their aluminum pistons. These opposed piston designs significantly improve pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems. Included are NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal braking performance with reduced brake dust (by 50% or more) and noise compared to race pads, operating effectively between 194°F and 1022°F. For enhanced pedal response and a firmer feel, the kit includes D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent expansion under pressure. Customization options are available for rotors, with a choice between Slotted or Cross Drilled. Slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while Cross Drilled rotors are suggested for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler. Calipers come standard in various painted colors, with premium high-polish finishes and custom color options also available. The kit includes CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets to facilitate direct bolt-on installation to the OEM caliper bracket location.
