The Koyo Aluminum Racing Radiator is engineered to significantly enhance the cooling performance and durability of your 1986-1988 Mazda RX-7. Unlike stock radiators that commonly utilize plastic tanks susceptible to expansion and eventual leaks under heat cycles, this Koyo unit boasts a full aluminum construction. This not only boosts cooling efficiency but also ensures a much longer lifespan, as the all-aluminum build allows for future welding and repairs if damage occurs. Constructed with heli-arc welding, this radiator offers stronger enforcement along its aluminum connections. It features a thicker core with precise tube and fin alignment to promote optimal coolant flow and highly efficient heat transfer. The advanced NoClock Brazing technology used on the tubes, fins, headers, and brackets bonds all components to resist damage from vibration, road debris, and environmental factors. Additionally, it includes a precision-machined billet filler neck for enhanced durability. Its core dimensions are 1.88 inches in depth, 17.00 inches in height, and 22.00 inches in width. Please note that a radiator cap is not included with this unit.
