Show original supplier description
The STILLEN Premium High-Performance Aluminum Radiator (401446) is engineered to replace the OE radiator in 2004-2015 Nissan Titan, 2005-2015 Nissan Armada, and 2004-2010 Infiniti QX56 models. Constructed entirely from metal aluminum, it replaces the original plastic upper and lower tanks, addressing a common point of failure that leads to cracks and leaks. This radiator boasts a 3-row, 2-inch thick core, significantly increasing its coolant capacity (twice that of the factory unit) and enhancing heat rejection for improved reliability and efficiency. It also includes a built-in transmission cooler, mirroring the functionality of the original equipment, suitable for both automatic and manual transmissions. The 18.12-inch transmission cooler is designed for robust performance. However, STILLEN recommends using a vacuum system to evacuate air from the cooling system post-installation to prevent damage, premature failure, and to protect the 3-year manufacturer's limited warranty. Some users have noted minor fitment adjustments may be needed, such as trimming the fan shroud, though alternative mounting solutions have also been reported. This radiator is engineered by STILLEN and manufactured by Champion radiators, reflecting a commitment to quality and durability. It is backed by a 3-year warranty against cracking and leaking under normal operating conditions.
