Aluminum Radiator Overflow Tank w/ Billet Cap

The Powerhouse Racing Radiator Overflow is an aftermarket engine bay upgrade designed specifically for the 1993-1998 Toyota Supra MKIV. This unit features a CNC-formed aluminum tank body paired with a billet cap, offering a clean aesthetic to replace unsightly factory plastic overflows. The wrinkle black powder coat finish provides durability and a sleek appearance. This strategic placement frees up valuable engine bay real estate, accommodating larger 4-inch intercooler piping or allowing for the fitment of a full-size battery. PHR plans to offer a compatible battery tray for a Group Size 26 battery, with a battery relocation kit also available. Installation involves connecting the hose from the radiator to the bottom port of the overflow tank. The top port can either vent freely or be connected to a spillover hose routed underneath the vehicle, with a recommendation to avoid draining in front of the tires. It's important to note that the PHR Radiator Overflow is not designed for use with an OEM size (Group 24) battery or the original battery tray. Users intending to retain an OEM-sized battery will require a different battery tray, such as the soon-to-be-released PHR Billet Battery Tray or PHR Battery Relocation Kit.
