The Turner Motorsport Solid Rear Subframe Bushing Set is engineered to eliminate subframe deflection, providing a significant upgrade for BMW E82 and E9X chassis. A BMW's sub-frame is critical to suspension performance. When rubber or hydroelastic bushings wear out, they allow the sub-frame to twist and shift under load, leading to a loose and imprecise rear suspension feel. This is exacerbated in highly tuned vehicles. These solid aluminum mounts, mirroring BMW's own move to solid mounts on models like the F10 M5 and F8X M3/M4, offer zero deflection. This ensures the sub-frame remains stationary, allowing the rest of the suspension to operate correctly and maintain proper alignment and motion ratios. Drivers will experience a more stable vehicle and noticeably more precise handling. The mounts are CNC machined in the USA using high-grade aluminum and the set includes all four rear subframe mounts.
