The CSF Aluminum 21457-UD101 is an upgraded heat exchanger designed to combat heat soak issues in the Infiniti Q50 and Q60. It features a full aluminum construction and significantly increases cooling capacity.

This heat exchanger offers a 230% increase in frontal surface area, a 150% increase in core thickness, and a 315% increase in coolant capacity compared to the stock core. It utilizes stock mounting locations for an easy, like-stock installation and has cores pressure tested at 120psi.

The CSF Aluminum 21457-UD101, branded as the CZP by CSF Upgraded Heat Exchanger, is engineered to address the significant heat soak issues inherent in the Infiniti Q50 and Q60's VR30DDTT engine. This problem commonly leads to torque and boost reduction as the engine attempts to manage high temperatures, diminishing horsepower. This upgraded heat exchanger boasts a full aluminum construction and provides substantial improvements over the stock unit. It features 230% more frontal surface area and is 150% thicker than the original core. Furthermore, it offers a 315% increase in coolant capacity, which dramatically enhances the cooling efficiency of the water-to-air intercooler system. This allows the vehicle to maintain peak power output for extended driving durations, especially in warmer climates. The cores are rigorously tested at 120psi to ensure durability and reliability. This heat exchanger is compatible with Infiniti Q50 models from 2016-2025 and Infiniti Q60 models from 2017-2022, both equipped with the turbocharged 3.0L V6 engine.
