RCI uses 5052 aircraft aluminum alloy and TIG welding to make their aluminum street fuel cells lightweight and strong. Ranging in sizes from 12 to 19 gallons, they feature 12-bolt heavy-duty remote fill necks for use with standard 1 3/4 in. hose, a fuel pickup, return, rollover vent, and a sending unit. A billet aluminum cap is included for non-remote use. RCI aluminum street cells are available in natural aluminum color or powdercoated red, blue, or black.
