The American Racing Headers (ARH) C4 Corvette Long System is engineered to deliver enhanced performance and sound for 1984-1991 C4 Corvettes equipped with the 5.7L V8 engine. Constructed entirely from 100% U.S.-sourced 304 stainless steel, this system is built for durability and longevity. Key features include 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a precise, warp-free seal, hand-ported TIG welded inlets, and merge collectors equipped with scavenger spikes for optimal exhaust flow. The system includes a 3" X-Pipe and is available with or without high-flow catalytic converters. For those seeking further emissions compliance or enhanced flow, an upgrade to G-Sport catalytic converters is available for standard catted systems. The primary tubes measure 1.750" in diameter, with an option for stepped primaries (1-3/4" X 1-7/8") feeding into a 3" outlet. This design is optimized for superior fit and maximum power gains, with a projected minimum of 25 RWHP. Installation Note: All 1984-1991 C4 Corvettes will require an OEM GM LT1 Oil filter adapter for the correct fitment of these systems; without this adapter, the systems will not fit.
