The ZAC Motorsport AMG GT Cold Air Intake is engineered for the Mercedes-AMG GT (C190) to enhance performance by optimizing airflow and reducing heat soak. The intake tube is constructed from pre-preg carbon fiber, chosen for its aesthetic appeal and low heat absorption properties, ensuring maximum airflow efficiency. It incorporates a vortex-inducing ZAC filter, which offers 300% more surface area than the factory filter. A unique feature of this system is the gold anodized aluminum "Radiator Ring" heat sink located at the turbo inlet. This precision-engineered component dissipates heat from the intake tube and provides reinforcement for the clamping area, ensuring a secure fit. Key specifications include black anodized aluminum airboxes, 100mm inlet ZAC pod filters (non-oiled, washable), and 80mm outlet to turbo carbon inlet tubes. The product comes with a 2-year warranty. Installation is suggested by a professional mechanic, though no special tools are required. This product does not cause a Check Engine Light. While an ECU re-flash is not essential, it is recommended for optimal performance. For the C190 AMG GT (2015–2017) with a dual inlet, the included adaptor spigots must be used to plug the third hole.
