Enhance your 1987–1993 BMW E30 with the AMP Plug-N-Play ECU (AMP PNP), an evolution of the MSPNP-Pro platform utilizing MS3Pro Technology for high-performance motorsports applications. This system provides enhanced reliability, advanced tuning, and improved usability for a cleaner installation and expanded tuning power. The AMP PNP is specifically designed for the 1987-1993 BMW E30 M20/M30/S38 engines, with detailed compatibility for the 1987-1992 E30 325i (M20 Manual Transmission), 1988-1992 E32 735 (M30 Manual Transmission), 1989-1990 E34 525 (M20 Manual Transmission), 1989-1993 E34 535 (M30 Manual Transmission), 1991-1993 E34 M5 (S38 Manual Transmission), and the 1987 E30 325 ‘Super ETA’ (M20B27 Manual Transmission). Important compatibility notes include: it is not compatible with the BMW E30 325e, the 1992 E36 325i with M50, or European 325i Models with specific ECU numbers (0 261 200 073 or 0 261 200 081). It is compatible with the BMW E30 with a Hydraulic Transmission, but automatic transmission control for the BMW E32/E34 has limited and unconfirmed compatibility. The ECU offers an optional, fully integrated wideband controller that uses Bosch LSU 4.9 sensor compatibility, simplifying installation by eliminating external modules and extra wiring. It also features an expanded 48-pin rear options connector, providing 8 analog inputs, 4 digital inputs, 2 speed inputs, and 9 outputs for greater flexibility with additional sensors and advanced controls. Dedicated rear spark outputs are available for easier Coil-On-Plug (COP) conversions.
