The Chase Bays AN Fuel Line Kit is engineered for Nissan 240sx and Silvia vehicles (S13, S14, S15 chassis) utilizing either the KA24DE or SR20DET engine. This kit provides a high-end solution for upgrading your fuel lines and fuel filter, offering a cleaner and more stealthy appearance in the engine bay. Constructed with all-black aluminum AN fittings and -6AN stainless steel reinforced hose featuring high-heat nylon sheathing, this kit prioritizes durability and aesthetics. Chase Bays utilizes top-tier components and pressure tests every line they assemble to ensure reliability. This kit also integrates a precision-engineered in-line fuel filter, tested rigorously on drift and race cars under demanding conditions for optimal flow and performance. Installation involves modifying the factory feed hard line by cutting it back approximately 6 inches to match the return hard line length, allowing for a cleaner routing and a new mounting location for the filter, which attaches to the frame rail via an existing bolt hole and a supplied rubber-insulated clamp. The kit comes with three hoses for the Stock FPR configuration. This specific kit (CB-N-KASRF) is for use with the Stock Fuel Pressure Regulator. An alternative kit (CB-N-KASR-FPR) is available for aftermarket 3-port FPRs, which utilizes a "dead head" setup with the FPR mounted pre-fuel rail for reduced engine bay clutter. Note that the aftermarket FPR option does not include the FPR itself but provides the necessary additional line and adapter fittings.
