Description

The HPS Performance AN816-6 is a straight adapter designed to convert existing 1/4 NPT pipe thread to AN-6 for improved serviceability. NPT threads are common in automotive applications but not ideal for repeated servicing. This adapter allows for easy serviceability by converting female NPT threaded ports to AN-style fittings. AN fittings can be installed and removed multiple times without additional sealants or gaskets, unlike barbed fittings which can be damaged with repeated use.
