The Precision Raceworks AN6 Fuel line upgrade serves as a direct replacement for the factory fuel line, extending from the driver's side fuel filter to the high-pressure fuel pump. This component is engineered for vehicles requiring enhanced fuel delivery capabilities, particularly for high-horsepower builds and those utilizing E85 fuel. Constructed with 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum connectors that are anodized for 100% E85 compliance, this fuel line ensures durability and compatibility with ethanol-based fuels. The female connectors feature a dual-seal design (primary and secondary) to prevent fuel leaks. The line itself is made of smooth bore PTFE hose, reinforced with stainless steel braiding for protection and an outer nylon braiding to safeguard surrounding surfaces. This construction is typical for high-end E85 applications worldwide. This upgrade offers a direct plug-and-play solution, surpassing OEM quality to meet the demands of modified vehicles. It also includes a dummy sensor that can be replaced with an ethanol content analyzer for those looking to monitor fuel composition. The fuel line is compatible with an auxiliary 1/8" NPT port for an additional fuel pressure sensor.
