The AEM 30-3020 is an analog methanol failsafe gauge designed to monitor the entire flow curve of your water/methanol injection system. It provides peace of mind by compensating for system failures under any condition. This 52mm gauge features seven built-in backlight colors and includes interchangeable black and silver bezels with black and white faceplates to match your interior.

The AEM Analog Methanol Failsafe Gauge actively monitors your water/methanol injection system's complete flow curve, ensuring your engine is protected against failures such as a dry tank, pump malfunction, clogged nozzle, or leaks. Unlike other failsafe devices that only monitor flow at a single point, this AEM unit calculates volume versus time to establish an accurate flow rate, preventing potential engine damage. This 52mm (2-1/16") gauge offers PC programmability with an "Auto Set" feature for automatic baseline configuration. It includes built-in warning lights to alert the user of an alarm trigger and an internal data logger that records all injection flow and alarm status data for later analysis with AEMdata software. The gauge is programmable for either 0-500cc/min or 0-1000cc/min flow ranges and features seven user-programmable backlight colors to match your vehicle's interior lighting. The included bezel and faceplate options (black with silver, white with black) allow for customization. The AEM 30-3020 is compatible with virtually all water/methanol injection systems utilizing either 1/4" or 4mm OD tubing. However, it has been noted that AmericanTrucks no longer carries this specific model for 07-18 Sierra 1500, suggesting potential compatibility considerations or discontinuation for certain applications.
