Overview
This system features the FX-7 anchor, known for its exceptional holding capability. The anchor has two large, precision-machined flukes that can be adjusted from a 32-degree angle for sand and clay to a 45-degree angle for soft mud. It also includes unique Mud Palms to optimize performance in soft bottoms. The anchor is constructed from an aluminum magnesium alloy and weighs 4 lbs, replacing heavier steel anchors.
The FX-7-AS system includes the Fortress FX-7 anchor, a 1/4" shackle, 15 feet of 1/4" G-30 chain, and 250 feet of 3/8" three-strand nylon rope, along with a safe anchoring guide.
