MIA's Description

The Anderson Composites Type-CR Hood is a dry carbon fiber hood (pre-preg 3K, 2x2 twill) designed for weight reduction, performance, and aesthetics. It features a race-inspired design with improved heat extraction vents. Crafted via an autoclave process, it offers high stiffness and strength with a matte finish and consistent weave. Dry carbon lacks UV protection and requires a clear coat or paint. Installation requires minor adjustments, OE hardware (not included), hood pins for safety, and a heat shield. Reinstalling OE gas struts is not recommended due to pressure risks. Professional installation is advised.
