The Antigravity AG-801 is an ultra-lightweight and high-power Lithium-Ion motorsports battery, featuring a compact design ideal for racers and custom builders. It delivers 240 Cranking Amps and has a capacity of 9 Ah (PbEq), fitting into applications where weight and size are critical. This battery is best suited for everyday use in bikes up to 750cc, enduro bikes for trail riding up to 750cc, and race use for electric start Enduro and MX bikes up to 1000cc. It is also suitable for race and track day use in motors up to 1200cc, and custom builds like cafe racers up to 800cc. Important considerations for installation and use include: it is not for use in passenger cars or street use automobiles, nor PWC. For pre-1990s classic bikes, a modern solid-state voltage regulator is required to prevent over-charging and potential damage. Do not install in areas of extreme high heat without proper airflow. Additionally, these small case batteries do not have a BMS (Battery Management System), only balance charging, and are for closed course use only. Use only Lithium-specific motorsport chargers.
