Volant air intake systems utilize a high-velocity venturi filter adapter that provides a smooth transition through the MAF sensor into the intake tube for improved airflow over factory systems. The Cool Air box is larger than the factory unit and incorporates a larger opening to collect a higher volume of colder ambient air. Customers have reported 2-4 MPG improvements in fuel economy, as well as dyno-proven horsepower and torque increases. This model includes a Primo filter that gets re-oiled every 10,000 miles and serviced every 50,000 miles with cleaning kit P/N 5110.
