Description

The HPS 57-1574-1 is a direct replacement intercooler hose kit for select Chevrolet and GMC truck models. It is built to withstand demanding conditions, rated for over 100 PSI of boost pressure and a maximum temperature of 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This kit replaces stock OEM hoses that can degrade over time, preventing premature failure and ensuring your intercooler system functions optimally. The hose features correct bends and curves for a perfect fitment, eliminating the need for modifications during installation. Included with the intercooler hose are HPS heavy-duty stainless steel spring-loaded T-Bolt clamps, facilitating an easier and more secure installation process. The primary application for this hose is the 2004.5 - 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD, as well as the 2004.5 - 2005 GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD, all equipped with the 6.6L Duramax LLY Diesel engine.
