This ARB alloy flat rack features durable steel construction for maximum protection, a multi-fold upswept and tapered wing design for optimum strength and approach angle, and a split pan design for maximum strength and airflow. It includes extensive under protection panels, cover straps, and continuous uprights through the bumper section. The vehicle-specific design complements the 200 series, and it has an airbag-compatible mounting system that secures to the chassis via high-tensile bolts. It accommodates Warn and Bushranger low-mount electric winches and has provisions for ARB Intensity LED & IPF driving lights, as well as optional ARB fog lights. It also features recessed indicators, parking lights, durable urethane buffers, and retains original equipment tow points. Two aerial brackets are located in the frame, and there are provisions for parking sensors (with supplied blank plugs) and headlight washers. The rack is finished in a hard-wearing powder coat with an option for color coding. The unique mounting system includes a full-length, PVC-protected galvanized support channel and molded rubber clamp pads for proper load distribution and to eliminate metal-to-metal contact. The roof racks are shot blasted and precoated in a zinc-rich primer, with zinc-plated mounting legs, then coated in ARB’s millennium grey polyester powder coat.
