ARB 87In X 44In Steel Rack Without Mesh Floor

Robust, high-capacity roof rack made from strong, tubular steel. Structurally mounted with a vehicle-specific cab rack kit and stainless steel fasteners. Includes a front air deflector (on some models) to reduce wind noise. Features a top rail (25mm tube) above the rack floor and a bottom rail (35mm tubing) for secure loading. Variable height fitting kits with stainless steel hardware offer flexibility. A full-length, zinc-annealed steel support channel with a plastic protection strip distributes load evenly along the gutter, preventing damage. ARB's unique mounting system uses a PVC-protected galvanized support channel and molded rubber clamp pads to eliminate metal-to-metal contact. Designed for simple installation/removal. Shot blasted, precoated with zinc-rich primer, and zinc-plated mounting legs. Finished with ARB's millennium grey polyester powder coat, baked at 200°C for 1000 hours salt spray resistance.
