The ARB Air Locker is an air-actuated locking differential that replaces the standard open differential, providing 100% traction on demand. When engaged, it locks the differential gears, forcing both wheels on an axle to turn at the same speed, significantly improving traction in off-road conditions. When disengaged, it functions as a conventional open differential, maintaining on-road drivability. The RD140 fits Ford 10.25" and 10.5" Sterling axles with 35-spline axles. It features a durable two-piece design, a patented 'timed' locking mechanism for quick unlocking, and a steel-reinforced, elastomer-bonded annular seal for extreme temperatures. An air compressor is required for operation (sold separately). The kit includes the Air Locker differential, activation switch, solenoid valve, air line, and bulkhead fitting.
