It features a two-stage leaf pack design for optimum comfort, with draw-tapered and diamond-cut leaves to progressively distribute load and reduce stress at the ends. The anti-squeak design, with bolted leaf clamps and nylon liners, ensures quiet operation, while load testing guarantees the spring meets specifications. Additional features include shot-peening to reduce spring stress and double spring life, and a military wrap design for added safety.
