The ARB Old Man Emu BP51 Long Front Shock Absorber is a premium suspension upgrade designed specifically for Jeep Wrangler JK models from 2007 to 2018 with 3 to 4-inch lifts. It features advanced bypass technology for precise damping control and superior ride quality, enhancing both on-road comfort and off-road capability. Developed and tested in Australia's harshest environments, the BP51 is built for durability, performance, and adjustability. Its remote reservoir and position-sensitive bypass design provide consistent damping performance. The shock absorber has adjustable rebound and compression settings, is constructed from aerospace-grade 6061 T6 aluminum with Type 3 40-micron hard anodizing for corrosion and stone damage resistance, and is manufactured in-house by ARB. It is a direct bolt-on fitment requiring no vehicle modifications.
