The ARB EL071R is an Old Man Emu Leaf Spring D2 (05 On Toyota Hilux 600Kg). This leaf spring is engineered to provide optimum ride performance. It features re-greasable nylon interleaf anti-friction pads, a two-stage leaf pack for optimal comfort when unladen and support under heavy loads, shot peened tension side to reduce spring stress, a flat axle seat area for a secure mount, a military wrap design for added safety, and undergoes rigorous load testing. The leaves are fully scragged to prevent sagging and are draw tapered and diamond cut for progressive load distribution, improving ride comfort and longevity. Leaf clamps are bolted to allow installation of anti-squeak nylon liners.
