Arias Collaboration Forged Drag Race Piston Set, psi Boost

Developed in partnership with Arias and proven in their own B-Series Outlaw car at over 90 psi of boost and nitrous, these pistons are built for reliability at power levels exceeding 1000 horsepower. Constructed from high-strength 2618-T61 aluminum forgings, these pistons feature a precision-machined design with numerous enhancements for durability. Key features include a superior ring groove finish with minimal runout, lateral gas ports for improved ring seal, an anti-detonation groove, and a full-round skirt rib to maintain piston roundness. The ultra-low ring pack position protects rings from heat, while an oil squirter notch allows for additional piston cooling. The set includes heavy-duty 1.5 x 1.5 x 3.0 ring packs, custom pin button sets, double bottom splash oilers for high RPM applications, and 22mm heavy-duty 0.225" wall 9310 tool steel wrist pins. With a dish volume of -8.0cc and a compression height of 1.180", these pistons achieve an approximate 9.5:1 compression ratio in typical LS/VTEC combinations. The pistons are hand-finished and deburred, with CNC machining used to reduce weight. These Outlaw pistons are ideal for E85 or methanol-powered turbo builds, drag race engines over 600+ hp, K-series and B-series swaps with high-compression or forced-induction focus, and high-octane weekend builds where durability is paramount. They are compatible with B-Series DOHC VTEC engines, commonly found in 1994–2001 Integra and Civic Type R/Si platforms. Specific applications include various Honda Civic and Acura Integra models from the late 80s to early 2000s, as well as the 1996-2001 Honda CR-V.
