The Varis Arising I Rear Diffuser is meticulously engineered for the FK8 Honda Civic Type R (2017-2021), building upon the vehicle's aggressive factory styling. Drawing inspiration from the ARISING-1 aero parts, first announced at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2018, this diffuser aims to significantly improve aerodynamic efficiency and enhance undercar airflow for increased stability. For optimal durability and appearance, Varis recommends applying a UV-resistant PPF or clear coat to the gel-coated carbon surfaces. The half-carbon model specifically features carbon finishing only on the rear-visible portion. Varis, with over 40 years of experience in composites and a history of supplying aero parts to "Super GT" and "Super Taikyu" racing series, handcrafts their parts in-house. This ensures a high level of quality and integration of racing-derived technology into their commercial offerings, focusing on aerodynamics, heat management, and the balance of weight and durability.
