ARM Motorsports 3-Inch Catless Downpipe

The ARM Motorsports MK6DP is a 3-inch catless downpipe engineered for enhanced performance in VW Jetta GLI (MK6/6.5) models equipped with CBFA and CCTA engines. This upgrade replaces the restrictive OEM downpipe with a full 3" SS304 stainless steel construction, featuring smooth bends and increased internal diameter to promote faster turbo spool and improved exhaust gas velocity. The downpipe is further secured with a CNC-machined mounting bracket that utilizes OEM subframe grommets for a stable fit. A 4" resonator is incorporated into the midpipe section, contributing to a richer, deeper exhaust tone that becomes more pronounced under wide-open throttle. Compatibility extends to both CBFA and CCTA engine applications, ensuring proper accommodation for all O2 sensors. The ARM MK6 GLI downpipe is designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing OEM catback exhaust system or any aftermarket exhaust designed to connect to the OEM downpipe. A 3" to 2.25" reducer is included to facilitate a perfect match with the OEM exhaust, or it can be omitted for a full 3" turbo-back setup with an aftermarket 3" catback system.
