The Tomei ARMS BX8265 is a high-performance ball-bearing turbocharger kit engineered for Subaru EJ20 and EJ25 single-scroll engines, specifically for the WRX and WRX STI models. This turbocharger is designed to support a target of 450 horsepower, offering a significant upgrade for enthusiasts seeking enhanced performance. The compressor wheel is a CNC billet A2618 material with a 54.8mm inner diameter, 76.2mm outer diameter, and a trim of 52. It features a 6/6 blade configuration for efficient airflow. Complementing this is the turbine wheel, made from K418 material with a 9-blade design, measuring 67mm in diameter (inner) and 58.8mm (outer), with a trim of 77. This kit is built with a ball bearing center housing for durability and smooth spool-up. The initial boost setting is configured at 1.0 kgf/cm². The compressor housing has an A/R of 0.78, while the turbine housing features an A/R of 0.57.
