The Tomei Arms Turbocharger Kit (BX or MX Series) is engineered for the Mitsubishi 4G63 engine, offering a significant upgrade over traditional cast turbochargers. Its core feature is a CNC billet aluminum compressor wheel, machined from aerospace-grade materials. This lightweight wheel boasts thinner blades and a larger surface area, resulting in greatly improved airflow and quicker turbo spool. This kit also incorporates a Multi-Rate Billet Actuator, which allows for precise boost control through the combination of up to three included springs, enabling users to fine-tune their setup for optimal performance. The package includes the turbocharger unit, an internal wastegate (IWG), and a complete set of installation hardware, including all necessary lines. Designed for performance applications, this turbocharger kit is stated to support up to 400HP or 430HP depending on the specific model variant chosen (BX or MX, with different wheel sizes like 7960 or 7967). It is listed as a direct fit for the 1996-2007 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution (EVO 4-9).
