The ARP 207-4203 is an M11 cylinder head stud kit for Mitsubishi 4G63 engines. These Pro Series head studs are made from 8740 chromoly material and feature a black finish. The kit includes hardened parallel washers and 12-point heads. ARP Pro Series studs are cold-forged, heat-treated, and then thread-rolled and machined for optimal performance and durability.

The ARP 207-4203 head stud kit is engineered for the 7-bolt 4G63 engine found in Mitsubishi DSM and Evo models. Constructed from robust 8740 Chrome Moly, these studs boast a tensile strength of 200,000 psi. ARP's manufacturing process involves thread rolling after heat-treatment, which enhances fatigue strength by approximately 1000% (10x) over studs threaded before the hardening process. This premium construction ensures reliability under demanding conditions. This comprehensive kit includes ten 11mm (7/16") studs, ten parallel ground washers, and ten 8740 Chrome Moly 12-point nuts, along with Ultra-Torque Fastener Assembly Lube. Vehicle fitment includes Mitsubishi 7-Bolt 4G63 engines for the Evolution IV through IX (1996-2006), Eclipse GST/GSX (1992.5-1999), Talon TSi (1992.5-1998), Laser RS (1992.5-1994), and Evolution I, II, III CD9A CE9A models. This kit is a direct upgrade replacement for OEM part number MD191470.
