The ARP Head Studs 2.7T is a premium, American-made head stud kit engineered for Audi 30V 2.7T engines. The studs are constructed from ARP 2000 alloy, offering significantly higher tensile strength compared to kits made from 8740 alloy. Each kit includes 16 studs, 16 nuts, and ARP Moly lubricant for proper installation and accurate torque readings. The studs are cold-forged to ensure molecular integrity and are heat-treated prior to thread rolling and machining. These features contribute to the studs' durability and reusability, making them ideal for high-performance and race engines. The 12-point nuts and hardened parallel washers included in the kit provide even load distribution. Applications for this kit include Audi 2.7T 30V V6 engines. Specifically, it fits the 2000-2005 Audi A6 and the 2000-2002 Audi S4.
