Description

The ARP 255-4304 is a head stud kit designed for Big Block Ford (BBF) 460 SVO aluminum engines, specifically compatible with engine codes M-6049-A460, M-6049-B460, and C460. This kit includes 12-point nuts and hardened washers. The studs are manufactured from 8740 Chromoly Steel, heat-treated in-house to a 190,000 psi tensile strength, and thread-rolled after heat-treatment, which reportedly makes the threads 2000% stronger than other fasteners.
