Description

The ARP 223-4202 is a professional series cylinder head stud kit designed for Buick V6 engines, specifically the Stage II application. Constructed from premium grade 8740 chrome moly alloy, these studs are heat-treated to 200,000 psi for superior strength and durability. The kit includes 12-point nuts and hardened parallel washers for even load distribution and accurate torque readings. ARP's manufacturing process involves centerless grinding and thread rolling after heat-treatment to enhance fatigue strength and ensure a straight, concentric part.
