ARP Chevy V6 head stud kit

The ARP 233-4401 is a professional series cylinder head stud kit. It is designed for Chevy 4.3L 90° V6 engines and features a black oxide finish with hex nuts. The studs are made from premium grade 8740 alloy and proprietary ARP2000 alloy, heat-treated to 200,000 psi or 220,000 psi respectively.

ARP's manufacturing process includes centerless grinding for exceptional straightness and thread rolling after heat-treat for increased fatigue strength. These exacting tolerances ensure gaskets and cylinder heads glide into position for perfect alignment. The studs are also undercut for more equal stretch, leading to consistent clamping force and compensation for head gasket compression, helping to prevent blown head gaskets.
