Description

The ARP Cylinder Head Bolt Kit (Part# 204-3901) is engineered for enhanced reliability on Volkswagen and Audi 1.8L DOHC 20V turbo engines. These Pro Series ARP2000 bolts are constructed from cold-forged material, ensuring molecular integrity, and are heat-treated before machining. They boast a nominal tensile strength of 220,000 psi, representing a 40% improvement over stock Torque to Yield (TTY) bolts, and are designed to be reusable. Installation is facilitated by the internal wrenching 12-point head, which requires an M10 triple square bit, not the factory Audi tool. This kit is suitable for 2000 and later Volkswagen models and 2001 and later Audi models. Important Fitment Note: This kit does NOT fit AEB and ATW engine codes, and specifically will not fit AEB heads. It is compatible with various Audi A4 B5, A4 B6, and TT Mk1 models, as well as multiple Volkswagen Golf/GTI Mk4, Mk4, and Passat B5 variants equipped with the 1.8T engine.
