Assembled Aluminum Cylinder Head

The Ford Racing M-6049-X2 "X2" Street Cruiser cylinder head is constructed from aluminum for reduced weight, approximately 22 lbs per head. This assembled cylinder head is designed for 289, 302, and 351W engines. It features a 64cc combustion chamber volume and a 188cc intake runner volume, with an exhaust runner volume of 63cc. Performance specifications include an intake flow rate of approximately 230 cfm at .600" lift (at 28" of H20). The head is equipped with 2.02-inch intake valves and 1.60-inch exhaust valves. The bore size is 4.000 inches, and the maximum valve lift is 0.600 inches. These heads are compatible with Ford 302/351W engines. Note that installation may require specific components, such as P/N: M6065D289 Cylinder Head bolts, and compatibility with bolt-down rockers in the 1.6-1.7 ratio range should be verified for rocker arm to valve spring clearance.
